This is so, because cPanel and DirectAdmin do not deliver any domain name registration/transfer/management functionalities. If you select Ubuntu as an OS for your dedicated hosting server, there will be no web hosting Control Panel opportunity.

Hosted Hostnames ² - unlimited domain names can be hosted with all available hosting Control Panel interfaces, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/administer your site names in a single user account.
